The most crucial game of the last round was a loss ofSpartak in Sremska Mitrovica on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Mega 109-73 . Mega dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Spartak 's 46. Mega forced 20 Spartak turnovers and outrebounded them 45-32 including 16 on the offensive glass. Mega looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Center Pavle Backo (211-2007) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. Ognjen Srzentic (202-2007) contributed with 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Mega SM players scored in double figures. replied with 14 points and 5 rebounds and added 10 points in the effort for Spartak. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
